The short version
Ansvora picks up the calls your business misses — nights, weekends, the ones that come in while you’re with a customer — and answers as your business.
It asks for the name, the number, where they are and what they need, reads the number back, and sends you the slip before the caller hangs up. It says it’s automated when a caller asks. It never quotes a price you didn’t give it. It doesn’t guess.
How a call moves
- 1A caller rings your lineA missed call forwards to Ansvora, or they dial the number we give you.
- 2It answers as your businessYour greeting, your hours, your service area, your no-go line — and it takes the message.
- 3The slip lands with youName, number, where, what they need, how urgent. By email from day one; by text once carrier registration clears.
- 4You call backThe caller was told someone would. Nothing was promised on your behalf.
What it’s built from
Your receptionist is rendered from the answers you give us — six of them for the sample call, a few more when your line goes live. The voice on the sample is the real system, not an actor reading a script, and the same system runs this site.
It follows the rules you set: what it may say, what it must never say, when a person answers and when it covers. Where the rules run out, it takes the message and says someone will call back.
What it won’t do
- Quote a price
- Guess at availability
- Book what you didn’t authorize
- Pretend to be human when asked
- Take card numbers
Who runs it
Ansvora is operated by Ysbadden Group. The same shop builds the receptionist, runs this site and maintains your line — there is no reseller between you and the people who keep it working.
