1. The one rule

Full refund of the month when your slip carries a line the receptionist got wrong and could not have — a price it invented, a promise you never authorized. That is the rule, and it is the whole rule.

The answering line is $149 a month, billed monthly. If in a given month a slip shows the receptionist told a caller something you did not set — a price you never gave it, a booking you never authorized, an answer outside the rules you wrote — that month is refunded in full, once. We also fix the instructions so it does not happen again. This policy is issued by Ysbadden Group, doing business as Ansvora, and is part of the terms of service.

2. What is not refunded

  • Taste — you or a caller did not like the voice, the wording, or the fact that it is automated.
  • A caller who hung up, gave a wrong number, or did not want to leave a message.
  • A slip that repeats exactly what you instructed — a price you set, hours you gave, a rule you wrote.
  • A month, or part of one, after you cancel: the line runs to the end of the paid month and stops.
  • A month ended by us for a breach of the acceptable use policy.
  • Carrier, provider or network outages outside our control, which the terms cover.

3. The setup fee

Setup is $99, one-time, and is waived for the first three businesses. Where it is charged, it is refunded in full if we do not get your line live; once the line is live it is earned and is not refunded.

4. The sample

The sample call is $5, one-time, one per business, arranged by email until our payment link is live. It is refunded if we do not deliver your sample within one business day of having your six answers and your payment; once delivered, it is not refunded.

5. Customer-service lines

A customer-service line runs on its own written scope, which states its price and its refund terms. Where the scope is silent, the one rule in section 1 applies to it.

6. How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the date of the call and the slip, or the caller’s number, and the line you believe the receptionist got wrong. We read the transcript. We answer within two business days — yes, or no with the reason. An approved refund goes back to the way you paid; once the payment link is live, that is your card through Stripe.

7. Cancelling is not a refund

You can cancel any month, with no fee, by email; the line runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund that month — only the rule in section 1 does.
